Refund Policy - Designers
In case of quality issues with any purchases, please complete clams form within 24 hours after market.
We will notify you of a resolution or refund within five business days.
*We are unable to honor any claims made after 24 hours.
We are unable to honor "passes" on products that have been pre-ordered because our growers have harvested specifically for that order. If you have pre-ordered a product from a grower via Rooted, you are obligated to purchase the items that have been agreed upon at market.
The exception to this would be if there are quality issues such as broken stems, browning, drooping, pests, or other damage. Please review the description, stem length and color information provided on Rooted by the growers before placing an order.
Claims may not be processed in the following situations:
If you choose not to bring buckets for your flowers at the time of pickup, you may forfeit your ability to make certain types of quality claims specifically related to stress damage.
If the product matches the description the grower has specified in the notes section on Rooted (stem length, size, color, etc.) you may not submit a claim. If there are no specifications provided in the notes section of the product, or the description does not match the product, a claim may be warranted.
If you do not store flowers under appropriate conditions e.g., out of direct sunlight and in cool, dry conditions, etc., you may forfeit your ability to make certain types of quality claims specifically related to stress damage. A cooler is highly recommended.
